Refund Policy
আমরা চাই আপনি প্রতিটি কেনাকাটায় সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন। তবে কোনো পণ্যে সমস্যা থাকলে:
পণ্য গ্রহণের পর কোনো ত্রুটি (Damage), ভুল পণ্য বা সাইজের সমস্যা থাকলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
রিটার্ন করার সময় পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং বা ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে।
অভিযোগ যাচাইয়ের পর ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য পরিবর্তন (Exchange) বা রিফান্ড (টাকা ফেরত) দেওয়া হবে।
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. However, if there is an issue:
Any damage, wrong product, or size issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging and tags.
After verifying the claim, an exchange or refund will be processed within 7 working days.
